Thanks for linking my paper! @fusaroli.eurosky.social you might also be interested in the RQ since I see you're into cognitive Bayesian modelling :D

Btw if interested in the elicitation method, there’s a dedicated paper + materials + demo (desktop works best) here: pgonzalezfernandez.com/Tools/

Hey #econsky!

If you were to play a Prisoner's Dilemma with me, would you defect or cooperate?

To be honest, I don't know you will do... but our new paper (with @esteelu.bsky.social and H.Normann) suggests that an LLM might πŸ˜‰

In my recent paper "Belief Bias Identification" I build a theoretical model to separately identify a notable set of belief updating biases. To test this model in the lab, I use this tool to measure belief distributions. What do I find? What biases come out on top? πŸ€”

@boschrosa.bsky.social, @thomasmeissner.bsky.social and I have just made our parametric belief elicitation available to everyone! πŸŽ‰

In our paper we used this tool to elicit inflation expectations but... did you know you could also use it for lab experiments? πŸ”΄πŸ”΅

πŸ“’ Our belief elicitation tool is now available for oTree and Qualtrics! πŸŽ‰

It lets you elicit parametric belief distributions with just two sliders.

Big thanks to my coauthors @pgonzalezfernandez.bsky.social and @boschrosa.bsky.social
