How is every library in the country not fighting over you?!?!

Some of the things @mcuban.bsky.social is doing with prescriptions make the believe there has to be other applications.

I know making something like this viable would be really hard in today’s environment, but what if we could?

Implementation would be difficult, but I can’t help think that a few truly non-profit healthcare companies might be what the marketplace needs. At some point negotiated prices for care and drugs without worrying about “shareholder value” could make it more accessible for everyone.
