It is indeed very heartbreaking, I’m torturing myself with this drawing (+ did you notice the flowers were sunflowers ? Which are close to Sanji’s colors and mood🌻) and I’m sure Luffy and the others will get Sanji back to Zoro! We have to trust them!

The topics I had to complete: Flirting through fighting, Hanahaki, Arranged marriage, What the future holds and Domesticity! Zoro is getting the news (around Zou arc) that Sanji is getting married with Pudding. His whole world collapsed, thinking back of the good times with the blond cook, fighting together and flirting. Suddenly he starts vomiting flowers, which is the sign of hanahaki disease and since he is vomiting whole flowers, he’s on advanced stage of the illness. In the last panels, Zoro is checking his pulse with two fingers, a trail of blood coming down from his mouth as footsteps can be heard. Nami gives a hug from behind, tightening her grip and promises to him that they will bring back Sanji on Whole Cake Island, crying silently.
