There are many reasons to help people. One that I think gets overlooked sometimes is: helping others often helps you. So if you feel like shit, don’t flagellate yourself in the dark. Leave your head a little. Extend some kindness. You can’t do everything, but you can do some things.

my husband loooooves cooking on his big and heavy cast iron (i have to use both my hands to lift it lol)! and it’s been fine for 2+ years so far using 3-4 times a week:)
