Resident doctors will be taking part in industrial action from 7am on 17 December until 7am on 22 December.
The BMA have confirmed that the industrial action will continue to go ahead, after its members voted in an online poll over the weekend.

Kingfisher House is a 14-bedded male Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) which adjoins the Carsington Unit, allowing for easier step-down care as service users' health improves.

Today, we were honoured to welcome His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Derbyshire, Elizabeth Fothergill CBE, as she officially opened the newly built Carsington Unit and Kingfisher House, along with the refurbished Audrey House at Kingsway Hospital in Derby, on behalf of King Charles III.
