Also yes - it stops fetches, but it allows fetches to tap for mana while also giving stuff like Shops the ability to tap for useful mana

If you do any kind of content creation you need to learn what compression is and how to use it.

Use it to make your voice sound fuller, to equalize the volume of 2+ tracks, to mix dialogue with audio. It really is an incredible tool.
