How wonderful to see Fractured Reveries, edited by the brilliant Carina Bissett, on the Bram Stoker preliminary ballot. I'm so honoured my story, Twisted Roots, is included in this anthology, as well as works by so many talented authors. Fingers crossed it makes the final ballot.
Congrats!
This Leslie Anne feels exactly the same way!

Crossing all appendages that they find their way home.
I wrote 317 new words. I've been frozen by the fear that this book won't be good enough....for over a yearβso those words are precious. A massive shout-out to the brilliant, @slconey.bsky.social for reminding meβit's only a first draft...just write it and worry about that other stuff later.
This one is the real, ABSOLUTELY FINAL final

Iβm from the prairies but live on the wet west coast now. I have grown soft. I now complain bitterly when it hits minus 4! lol
Iβve got that on bedside table. Thinking I should probably read in the daylight. Lol
I had an R&R with my first book, but ultimately I went with a different agent (who later died) because at the time I didn't think the suggestions worked for the novel. In hindsight, I think she was right. So, sit with the notes and take some time to decide if they resonate with you. Best of luck!
Sounds fabulous.
I think you snagged the wrong Tony Oliver! lol
