Well, 15 minutes later they were racing each other on the backyard and Dizer was having the time of his life 😂🩷 FINALLY he has someone who's brave enough to play with him!

I'm not 20 anymore, I know that, and therefore I can mentally deal with quitting competing.. But quitting martial arts entirely? Ugh... Well that's something I don't think I'll be able to cope with too well... I've been crying for an hour already....... 😭

..and my bones just decide to get fucked on their own without any outside trauma? Fucking hell. I guess this is one way to retire.. Undefeated by any of my opponents, defeated by my own body. Gosh I wanted to keep fighting for the champion title so bad... 😭

I'm so afraid this will only get worse and I will have to stop most physical activities... I've built my whole damn identity on me being a martial artist; I've done them for 20 years, I'm a coach at my own dojang that I've spent my own money and endless number of hours building...

An x-ray of a "normal" hip above and the same picture below where I've overdrawn the issues that were visible in my own x-ray. There are extra growths on both femurs, right side being a lot worse, the end of the right femur isn't round, and there's a bone fragment next to the left hip.

Bad news from the orthopedist appointment.. My bones have extra growths. Glad to have an explanation to all the issues and pain I've experienced during the past decade, but.. fucking hard to swallow. On to MRI next and then I'll know if anything can be done...
