Jagex acknowledged and proposed fixes for the sailing backlash in 24 hours because the players cried and rioted.
Jagex did not acknowledge the backlash after removing the Pride event. Even after over a month of rioting and demanding that it be re-added.

i am considering returning to OSRS.
I'm still disgusted over the enabling of bigotry by the new CEO, the layoffs, and major project cancellations. But I can't help but still care about the game and community, I see others who stayed to change things from within and perhaps I'll join them.
