Ooh, I might do it anyway because that was so fun. I'm actually planning on using some of the prompts from Thousand Year Old Vampire as complications. Tonally darker, but when I played it I very much channeled my inner Nadja and made it a bit more ridiculous.

Love it! I once ran a one-shot for d20 Dames set in a Domain of Bread with a bread pudding ooze, zombies that moaned “brreeaaaad”, and a Dread Lord baker who had a doughboy construct.

I did this last night running my @avantris.bsky.social Crooked Moon game on @startplaying.bsky.social and I think it made for an eerie but entertaining experience at the virtual table.

Pro DM tip: Running a seance scene? Upload a spirit board to @dndbeyond.bsky.social maps, use the heart sticker flipped upside down as a planchette, and you have a very fun session ahead.

A strategy I am recommending to people who don’t want to mask all the time is always in healthcare facilities and public transportation, AND if you see someone in a mask, put yours on. The first helps protect spaces high risk people may have no choice but to go, the second shows them support.

I don’t get an opportunity to post much about my partner because he works hard behind the scenes, but G and I are watching his interview now and and we’re so proud of all he’s done for D&D play programs. 🥰
