Yeah I find this with nearly all news websites now. I try to read an article, but it's only about 2 sentences then a giant ad, meanwhile a video is taking up the top third and another ad is covering the bottom... it's horrendous.

I think the fact that it was only lightly mentioned in maybe 2 early episodes and then vanished from the narrative helps as well. With weekly releases, that happened over 3 months ago.

No that's pretty normal. It's very realistic, and real ERs are anxiety cranked to the absolute highest levels. The inter-character drama is also just gonna add to that 😂

The answer is it doesn't, and I've already attempted to report a few that haven't declared, to no avail.
