Even though many of my favorite video games are not included in this time period, I think games released between 1994-1997 are the most intriguing and instantly compelling to me. So if you've ever wondered why I'm so fascinated by N64, 32X, Virtual Boy, 3DO, etc, they're all in that nice sweet spot.
