I'm going to be on vacation in less than 96 hours.
I have to keep reminding myself of this because it feels utterly unreal.

I never had a GameCube growing up, and none of my friends did either. And Dragonroost Island is one of my favorite video game themes of all time.
I am beyond excited.

Awkward player advice but try to avoid roleplaying your character as unbothered, annoyed or bored with the adventure.

Drawing cosplayers as Peter Pan and Captain Hook last night connected me with my inner child in a way that I did not know I desperately needed.

I also continue to unmask a little more at each of these events, which is a delight in itself.

I suppose “small amount of art” is probably a better phrasing. Since the piece is hardly small. Just been doing it in small chunks.

March was one of those months that sped through like a crazed bulldozer.
Between life and being sick, I know I’ve been super quiet.
And I am going on vacation week after next, so will continue to be a little quiet.
But, been doing some small art, going to a drawing night tonight.

I think my tablet and monitor both being 8 years old is starting to take a toll on my art. I'm constantly worrying about the color balance, and especially the details in the darkest spots.

Not really in a position to replace either yet, though.
Sigh.

Bakers are intense (in a good way), and I’ve definitely not delved enough into that world.

Sad day about the flours for you, though. I also have my fair share of them, but mostly because I have a few friends with gluten allergies. And occasionally am inspired to make bread.

Slowly chipping away at pieces and juggling life stuff.

But, found out this morning that the people at my grocery store all had assumed I’m a personal chef.
So that’s kinda hilarious and neat.
