I'm very happy to hear The Boy from the Sea, or rather Le Garçon Venu de la Mer has won the Prix Littéraire des Ambassadeurs de la Francophonie en Irlande. It was great to work with Pierre Bondil on the French translation of the novel. We exchanged many emails during the process.
