I’m noticing that. I haven’t had the chance to spend the time to figure out things like lists yet, but there looks like a lot of opportunity to make what you want out of it.

Sadly, since it’s nearly always made with chicken stock (lifelong vegetarian here) that’s one I’ve never gotten into! My dad passed away when I was young so I never got many recipes from my Italian side and ended up learning more Eastern European from my mom.
Fully expect that, but that’s what I’m thinking, too. The other place doesn’t feel like a very viable option anymore for so many reasons.

I think about “The Letter” NYR sent to their fans in 2018 a lot, and how they proceeded from there. It promised moves that would be painful, and brought them. Not all the results were great. But the turnaround was pretty efficient. I truly believe Penguins fans could respect and accept this.
