The New York Times just loves to pit moderates against progressives, taking the moderates' side of course. To wit: "Josh Shapiro and Rahm Emanuel Fault Zohran Mamdani Over ‘Intifada’ Line". Calling them two top Jewish Democrats (really?) vs Mamdani, who's Muslim.

The singer Connie Francis, who died Wednesday at age 87, sitting on a couch in this 1978 photo.
R.I.P Connie Francis. She had a zillion hits in the late '50s and early '60s. She recently was making a "comeback" thanks to her music being sampled for videos on TikTok.
Yesterday was the New York City Pride Parade, celebrating LGBTQ pride. It's the biggest Pride parade in the country and one of the biggest in the world. Yet, the New York Times doesn't have one word or photo from the parade today. Yesterday they did an explainer using photos from 2023. Pathetic.
R.I.P. Brian Wilson.
This is on the money.
Trump threatens to cut Musk's government contracts because he's pissed Musk is calling out Trump's useless spending bill. I finally agree with Trump on something. Musk doesn't deserve these contracts. Cut them.
Trump is attacking Bruce Springsteen and Taylor Swift. He’s preparing to do something monumentally stupid (maybe related to immigrants?) so he’s trying to distract us. But we will not fall for his bullshit any longer.
Many people seem to know this, yet he's still not behind bars. Doesn't make any sense.
According to the delusional New York Times in an editorial on May 1 about Trump, "On several key issues, his views were closer to public opinion than those of Democrats."
So, is the paper admitting that their polls favor Republicans? Aren't Democrats part of "public opinion"?
CNN, fearing the wrath of Trump, is talking out of both sides of it's mouth. A few days ago they had a poll showing Trump with the lowest presidential approval rating in 80 years. Now they have a poll saying people think he'd be doing a better job as president than Kamala Harris. Pathetic.
Trump urged Canadians to vote him as their president. Writing on his social media: "No more artificially drawn lines from many years ago. Look how beautiful this land mass would be." He actually thinks there's a physical border line drawn between our two countries. This is all kinds of stupid.
So Sen. Chuck Schumer sent a "very strongly worded" letter with "strong questions" to Trump regarding his attacks on colleges and universities, particularly Harvard. Whew! I feel so much better now.
Why would anyone give this dude that much money, given his track record with WeWork?

You can't tell me that Leah Millis of Reuters didn't know exactly what she would get when she shot this photo of Trump.
The New York Times continues to "sanewash" Trump.
"And while making deals on enormously complex issues takes both time and care, Mr. Trump’s inability — so far, at least — to deliver in the ways that he promised has exposed the gulf between his rhetoric and his accomplishments."
"So far at least"?
Now this is funny.
Why does Pete Hegseth still have a job?
According to The New York Times, Trump's Gold Card for immigration, where he wants to charge $5 million for what is essentially a Green Card, is a shift for DOGE from cost-cutting to revenue generation. They should call it what it is - extortion.
We all are.
Oh Canada! Ever polite.
Really. An actual reporter with integrity.
The New York Times says,"JD Vance to Lead High-Powered U.S. Visit to Greenland." Is he going there to check out the couches?
The incompetence of the Trump Administration is just staggering. In releasing the "Kennedy Assassination Papers," – many of which have nothing to do with Pres. Kennedy – they released private information like Social Security numbers of many private citizens and former government workers.
Six o'clock already
I was just in the middle of a dream
Amazon Prime announces it will be running every season of "The Apprentice" on its service. And Jeff Bezos's fluffing of Trump continues.
Yet again, The New York Times tells it like it isn't. Their headline: "Trump Promised Americans Booming Wealth. Now He’s Changing His Tune."
Let me rewrite that for you. He lied. Plain and simple.
R.I.P. David Johansen (1950-2025). Frontman of the New York Dolls, the crooner Buster Poindexter and Glam high priest. Punk music is truly dead.
It's clear Bezos does not care about science. He's all about publicity. What scientific value does sending celebrities into space offer?
It certainly made me think hard about it. But there are so few quality news outlets left that I was hesitant to get rid of them. I should have seen the writing on the wall. I did ditch MSNBC though after the election.
I would go with a 24 shot roll. 36 would be too much film for the small film chanber.
