Funded by the CDC through the federal Building Our Largest Dementia (BOLD) Infrastructure for Alzheimer's Act, NYC BOLD is providing community education about early detection and diagnosis, promoting brain health through healthy habits, and increasing access to resources.
The NYC BOLD Program is @nychealthy's first initiative to address Alzheimer's Disease and related dementias as a major public health issue and promote equity in its treatment and outcomes.
