I went the other way, from EYFS to Year 5 summer term in my third year of teaching. Loved it and my favourite year groups are R or 5&6…

This is absolutely true for me also. Being out of school has allowed the real me to return.

Change teaching to leadership and this is me.
Being consumed by a job is not the right way to live. A job should not change us negatively or consume us.
