That doesn't make sense? You do your application, they then ask you for 1350 and THEN they realize you don't make 3x the rent after you've already applied and they get to keep that 1350 you for some reason gave them before getting a signed lease?
Found a perfect little apartment but they have, somehow, decided that rather than reject you if you don't make 3x the rent (and can't get a guarantor) or increase the security deposit, they will keep the security deposit you'd apparently give them upfront before actually being approved??
