I was only able to join a single Ludum Dare in my life so far back in 2019. When I heard this news I decided that I will now join every Ludum Dare till it ends. But didn't know it was this close, holy shit I missed the first one.

Game is working and is stable, with everything in place as planned. Something must be broken.

Thank you for that, I felt worried for a second thinking I was acting like a sellout.
Anyway, thanks for the post, it is well written!
Not sure whether you mean the game is baiting us or I am baiting you.
I hope the first one, because I am sincere. I literally thought the same thing yesterday as I exported the build. Everything was working but I couldn’t feel the relief with the idea that I might’ve misclicked something last min
Recently fixed bugs and pushed an update. This is exactly how I feel 🫤
Quick menu or quick access menu i guess.
My opinion is as a humble indie ofc.
But I feel this should be a standart for AAA games, especially with branching narrative sequals.
I wanted to do this with my current demo but so many features change on the fly, making it hard to keep the same file. Not only variables inside the save file change but even the format changes
Also it will be 8-9 months later for some players after demo. Wouldn’t want them to forget the beginning.
How did you achieve this result? You didn't use only picoCAD2 right. If that's the case teach me senpai!
I love when games start begging me to change the game difficulty after I die for the 50th time like it has somewhere to be
Thank you for the PicoCAD owner discount on buying PicoCAD 2.
I tried from a (laptop) chrome browser and everything was easily readable with a good segmentation.
I played the Radiotext demo on Steam recently. It was oddly nostalgic of back when I first discovered the command prompt on my Windows 3.11 machine. Especially with the sounds of monitor static, hard drive spinning up, and all the other comforting old computer sounds. youtube.com/shorts/YJNvS...
Hey, thank you for the coverage! I moved the release from Q2 to Q3 just recently so that one is on me.
I loved how you mentioned "You ARE the player character; there is no avatar." in the article. Really appreciate it.
Yeah, it seems like a massive difference. This was the main feature I wanted and needed from the second one, thank you.
Love the new higher res! (it is higher than the first PicoCAD right, I am not delusional_?)
Some screenshots from the Radiotext Demo which you can play on Steam right now!

Of course this doesn't mean people being against the AI is the reason. It is always the fault of the huge mega evil companies behind.
I remember my artist friend was being accused of using AI for her artwork which she made before image generation was even a thing. Just for a misdrawn finger :)
When the first image generation models were out and the ethical debates started with them, I immediately tried to warn people to cool down because that would quickly turn into dangerous witch trials.
We are so far beyond that now.

Hey AAA...
Records from pre-blackout time. Hard to find.
I love the terror tv show and similar stories. So, looking forward to this!
Screenshots of your game looks so cool in Steam. Reminds me of Roadwarden. Wishlisted.
Waiting for it! The case looks super nice.
