(and I lost about 7 dollars in fees so I am literally paying for a person who doesn't know how to read). IT'S WRITTEN IN MY TOS that I take fee for the comm being private. If you cannot read artists' TOS, please don't commission people. 2/2

I just lost money on fees because a "commissioner" didn't read my TOS and then blamed me I'm trying to "scam them" by wanting a fee if they want their commission to be private. Now I am having issues with refunding cuz my PayPal doesn't wanna load 1/2
