People are just allowed to like it or whatever, anyone not liking is just moving on.... it's amazingly lovely, refreshing, and I have probably doomed myself to start seeing it. But I've sat with this thought for well over a month now, so fingers crossed. 3/3

I mean, I love the movie so I'm not complaining... but so used to something big comes along and becomes so popular, that there is just always a knee-jerk-hatred (jerk being the key word) comes next, but it hasn't. 2/3

One of the most surprising things to me about the last several weeks (not political-wise): KPOP Demon Hunters like hit big time outta nowhere this summer, and there isn't a rebound hatred. Especially for something girl-led. 1/3

At Columbus Metropolitan Library, we already offer tools like kid’s library cards and parental controls to help families make informed choices. This new law isn’t needed and diverts resources away from the services you rely on.

5) It raises serious legal concerns about censorship and access to information.
6) It’s vague and confusing, making it hard for libraries to apply the law fairly or consistently.

2b) The budget does not provide any funding for this work.
3) In fact, this budget cuts funding for libraries in the short term and has eliminated the dedicated Public Library Fund for the long term.
4) This means essential programs and services could be reduced to pay for this policy.

1) It limits your freedom to choose what’s right for your family.
2) It’s expensive.
2a) Libraries will need to reclassify books, redesign spaces, retrain staff and buy new equipment, costing millions of dollars.

I finally went to the doctor today for an ongoing stomach pain (3mos, cause I feel like I am treated like a hypochondriac)... had to see another doc in the practice. I left with a plan of action on the stomach pain AND medicine for my migraines. Might have to start going to this doc as my regular!!
