Not really. I keep all of it in my head, but I'm working on a bigger project now, so I'm going to write some documents for some of the different cultures for the people I collaborate with!

That's a really nice comment! I do put some thoughts into them as I work on them, but a lot of them start out with just random lines and explorations that somehow turns into something coherent.
