They’ll give a story like that a sentence or two, then show 15 clips of him jibber jabbering on AF1, lying about whatever softball questions they ask him. They’ve all but forgotten about the 400 lb gorilla in the room.. the problem he has that’s behind EVERYTHING he’s doing to distract from it.
So instead, they cover nothing and normalize him, talking about him as if he’s a legitimate president, and playing clips of him spewing bullshit as if every single word isn’t a lie.
They can do whatever he wants them to do, and that’s exactly what they’re doing. Nobody who can do anything about will bother. All of the guardrails are gone, and they haven’t even begun to do their worst…. yet.
