I think that maybe deserves a few quid to support queer, gender non-conforming, and trans youth at a point where LGBTQIA+ folks - and especially youth - are being routinely demonised, put down, denied care and support.

So I took a massive fall trail running today, training for London2Brighton 100km. I am pretty banged up and have broken a tooth. I want to remind you I’m doing this to raise money for StepForward, a youth charity in Tower Hamlets, who (among other things) supports LGBTQIA+ youth:

This may be the stupidest long-distance-runner-brain thing I have ever said but sometimes I feel aggrieved at having to wash kit after an easy 5km.

Like I understand washing kit after 20+ km or a session. But it’s barely worth washing after an easy 5km.
