They'd better fix the Foghorn Leghorn voice before the movie releases.

That's because the gas isn't taxed on reservations. In California that's quite a large chunk.
Me (with tongue firmly planted in cheek): Look. They're turning me into an action figure.
You: Oh great. More AI slop. Is he ever going to stop this?
Me: I do wish that they had me holding a shovel or an axe or anything other than a rife. But stopping this? Bwahahaha. NO.
That was the gas station on the Res. Chevron is hovering just below $6.00/gal. That amount get exceeded in the large cities.
I grew up in a Mopar family and have memories of our 64 Plymouth Fury. Stellantis killed it long ago. Time to walk away.
Has anyone ever tried this stuff? I bought this today not knowing what to expect. After seeing some lumps as I poured it in my glass, I was a bit hesitant. A few seconds later I was ready to drink the whole bottle. I thought it might be sweet, but it was slightly tart. I'm really liking it.
Cheapest gas in town today was down to $5.05/gal. π
Guess I'll stop considering Colorado as a possible place to retire.
Actually that's not true. I've disqualified it a while ago because Colorado is one of eight states that taxes social security income. And there's too many Californians there already. Yuck!
OMG that's terrible. Was the plant okay?
Looks like pretty good coverage to me from T-Mobile. Even in the mountains so long as you are near the interstates.
prepaid.t-mobile.com/connect/cove...
Are you sure? I had that worry too, but I have barely noticed a difference in coverage except along the more sparsely populated areas along the coast.
I got an email today from Verizon stating that they're sending me a refund of almost $134. I left them for T-Mobile over a year ago because I felt they were too expensive. And I knew that they owed me some money but didn't know it was this much. Happy about the refund yet glad I gave them the boot.π€
It doesn't usually go down like that. And now that I think about it. I did get up at 4:30 that morning. While I am a morning person, that's early even for me.
Emblematic of how my Friday night seemed to have passed me by.
It's interesting times we live in. Last night after having my once weekly beer and gummie, I experienced time travel. I instantaneously bounced 3 hours into the future while on the couch. Or maybe I just had a rougher work week than I realized. Anyway Friday evening was a bust.
Not to worry. I've spent the last 90 minutes entering user names and passwords to various apps only to set up the biometric logon option once they knew who I was again. If I've missed anything it's likely to be a minor issue.
I'm ready for the weekend.
Show me your gun, and I'll show you mine. It's been a thing for a while now.
Dammit HAL. I forgot my password, and I sure as shit didn't write it down somewhere. Just let me the fuck in!
Okay, so new phone needs some training wheels. Tried to pay for lunch with it, and it did a WTF? Got that partially resolved but still missing two additional CCs and a pre-paid transit card. Then my failed unlock-the-gym-door-HAL app. Now there's no telling what else failed the "Data Transfer."
A new phone was waiting for me on my doorstep yesterday. I think I got a little misty-eyed knowing that my old phone, that was by my side everyday for 4+ years, was going away. I get like this with inanimate objects sometimes. It feels like a betrayal to an old friend.
But the new phone is so cool!
Two hours longer than usual today means I will leave two hours early tomorrow. β‘

Is this thing on? I just got off work.
My co-workers WILL BE happy to know I'm not homicidal today.
However, I'm still a bit rushed to get to work this morning.
Single cup coffee filter and base to the rescue.
I ran out of large coffee filters this morning. It's not like I didn't see it coming nor bothered to go to the store. I simply forgot until it was too late. Fortunately I have this setup to get me through the morning. My co-workers will happy to know I'm not homicidal today.
Okay, what was that thing laying on the floor in the shower?
I do too, but there's no denying it's a product of AI.
Reminds me of a Ernest Hemingway portrait.
I really do like this one. My ball cap looks more like a... well... something other than a ball cap.
I like the look but I could do without the Pandora floating islands background.
Yeah, this again. It's been raining all weekend, and I've gotten a bit bored being inside for it. So it's remix time.
I need to get over myself. π

Where is my John Wayne?
Where is my prairie song?
Where is my happy ending?
Where have all the cowboys gone?

Damn. What a rough work week. No boss for this and the following week, yet it has been demanding on all of us so far. TGIF feels like an understatement. Time to reflect and recover from the last five days. The ear worm I picked up at the grocery store seems most appropriate right now.

Not just Dolly Pardon but THE Dolly Pardon. Congratulations.
Me near Donner Pass a year or two ago.
Saved from the AI sketchbook.
One more time with the 'remix' images. Again both original and what came out on the other end.
Bordering on claymation here. At least I didn't get a totally gray beard here.
Kind of liking this though a bit stoic looking for me.
I don't know why but this is my favorite. I need this pin made up in real life. Or maybe use this as my avatar.
Is this 16 or 32 bit? Whatever it is, it looks like an internet advertisement for some cheesy online game.
Here's the rest. CAUTION: these renderings were subject to artificial intelligent interpretation. I stopped when I realized that I was having way too much fun and justifying the construction of power hungry data centers. This was my first dance with AI.
