My anxiety wouldnt be so bad w/ the tornado thing is if i didnt have to worry about Luna, & i feel like an asshole for saying that. Becuz I'm afraid she'll be in a place where i cant get to her in an emergency. Like... any kind of an emergency.

What's worse is my cat is freaked out by my regular weather radio, but becuz my mom's feline brats like to chew up boxes, she couldn't get to her closet, so she's under a recliner. In an emergency, i wouldnt be able to get to her w/o risking hurting her.

I experienced a weird feeling something akin to anxiety but I had no trigger. Then it went away.

Then later while working out, my weather radio went off for a severe thunderstorm & my WeatherWise app showed me how sketchy it was looking like a tornado could happen & got the "real" anxiety. 🙃

One thing they don't cover much regarding climate change is all the whacky pressure changes making you feel like absolute shit. Maybe even weird or painful shit.

If I had a dog, I would've asked many places in advance while the dog isn't w/ me. & then I would make the (permitted) trips w/ the dog no more than a couple times a week.
