Denying cert, though, means the district won; the First Circuit found for the Ludlow schools last year (super writing in the decision, BTW: law.justia.com/cases/federa...)
@chrisgeidner.bsky.social I know you don’t need more to do, but this question is in line with cases you follow: Foote v Ludlow was denied cert Monday. It’s a case from Massachusetts, somewhat similar to Mirabelli, save that the district was following state guidance, not a law.
