If you’ve deleted Facebook, you’re not missing much. I randomly get notifications about groups I should join that have zero connection to me. I’ve never been a student at Michigan State nor would I need to join a group of 18-22 year olds looking for roommates. Creepy if you ask me.
The problem with April Fools day in the wake of social media algorithms is it’s more misinformation than a fun trend. I’m getting posts fed to me a week later so for the first 15 seconds it’s not obvious the info or photo is a joke.

Every car wash (3 different ones) I’ve been to in the last three years there’s been an attendant at the paying kiosk who tries to upsell me or get me to pay for subscription-like service. Oh wow. I’m glad to hear they can be very colorful because the ones last October here were grayish and I was hoping higher latitudes would have better. Spectacular photos!
