I often think people get sick of me posting about running. The truth is…..running saved me.

The picture on the left was taken in 2022 on my very first run. I was overweight, pre-diabetic and my mental health was in bits. I remember thinking that I’m not going to be able to do it.

I persisted.

Well, at least the BBC is covering this.

Maybe our new Mayor and Council will decide that keeping a harness racing track in the middle of the city is the best use of that land instead of a new school. That will be their decision to make.

This is a warning to people running for Fredericton City Council and Mayor. Once a school leaves the middle of the city, it doesn't come back. George Street Middle School needs to be replaced and the planned location is the Exhibition Grounds. If a new council makes this difficult, it won't be built

Kevin Warsh just lost me. He argues he's going to be an independent Fed Chair, but refuses to acknowledge that Trump lost the 2020 election. If you can't state simple facts when you're in the political spotlight, you aren't independent. You're a coward.

I enjoy seeing a candidate in a Fredericton municipal election issuing a Facebook statement to clarify that he does not support Donald Trump.

I always really liked municipal elections because you didn't have to worry about Red/Blue, it was people not tied to party and just looking for city solutions.
