In the midst of my big grieving/depression spiral, I managed to take my morning meds and eat breakfast at noon, and portion out my Costco tub of yogurt into individual yogurt cups for breakfast for the week. Please clap. No, really…I am in big need of encouragement rn. 😭

We had a super small baby step in the reactivity realm today. She saw a dog walking across the street, started to spiral, but I told her to “leave it”, and she backed away from the window, whined a little, and settled! The best Zizi🐻!

This silly dog, y’all. There is a couch she knows she is welcome on, a crate lined with her own blanket, a smaller bed in my office, and yet, when she is unsupervised, she chooses to lay on the floor. 😂

It’s not even 830, and Zizi🐻 and I are already in bed. 🤣

Everyone, meet Zizi🐻! She’s my newest foster from Forgotten Dogs Rescue. We are going to work on her dog reactivity and build her confidence so she can go on walkies and sniff all the things!

Welp, it’s official! I am getting another foster dog this weekend! She seems like the sweetest girl. We gotta work on building some confidence and address reactivity issues, but I am excited as hell to cohabitate with her until she finds a forever home! Look at this cute ass toy I got for her!
