Mum’s done a bit of hand therapy for #buttonybear so he’s now got a matching hand splint & bandage like mine!!!! #Twins
Todays exciting entertainment was a trip to dressings clinic to unwrap my hand for the 1st time!!!
I’ve now got straight fingers, 3 big wires sticking out, a wound healing nicely & a big blood blister🤦🏻♂️
Now got a lighter splint for 6 weeks till the wires come out #BeforeAndAfter
Feeling a bit better after some gentle exercises with #ConnectionsNeuro this afternoon

Next few days is all about paracetamol and managing my pain.
Didn't sleep very well as my hand hurts but Mum says it'll be worth it
But at least I'm at home!!!
Back next week to get the dressing and splint changed.....
The end of my 17 yrs at school is coming up fast 😢.. it was our Leavers Prom tonight so smart gear on, leave Mum & dad at home & it was party time!!!

Bit of an emotional day today on my last ever visit to @alderhey.nhs.uk 😢…a lot of memories there, some bad & scary but mostly good-I’ve been very well looked after over the last 19 years,

No school today but for a good reason this time, my Auntie was getting married!!
All suited & booted, we headed off to Blackpool on a lovely day for it!!
They let us go home so mum & dad could keep a close eye on me overnight as there were still no beds at 10:30pm We went back to see the urologist this morning & he said all was now good so they didn’t keep me in 🙌

I’m home!!! The lovely bowel surgeon came to see me & sorted out my pseudo obstruction so all good, for now anyway!!! Looking forward to sleeping in my own quiet bed tonight

Had a nice trip over to Yorkshire on Sunday to see my Grandma & Grandad. Went for a walk, saw some lambs & the canal 😎
