YEAH when I look at Jomon Inu, they have such unique structure while I think Nazo’s dog at least facially is very typical Shikoku Ken. I guess he could be defined as a landrace type ‘Nihon Ken’ but I defo like him as a Shikoku!

I’m really in the mood to paint a 3d model but I want to do a Kai Ken and there’s no good models - Shiba and Akita models never look close enough to use!

This has been my headcanon for years! Glad someone else agrees :D

I tend to use ‘kids’ but I might just use to swap out to this for my all cis-male work friend group

I'm gonna call this base finished, bc sometimes less is best and in the case of Okami it just makes more sense.
Too many things would take away from the scene, where the focus should remain on the dog, and the sparrows to stay in clear sight. Passerines in Okami are so cute lol
