"While... Apollo 11’s task was to prove that a human could go to the moon, Artemis 2 perhaps had a different mission: to bring all the other human beings along with them on the journey. Instead of asking the question “can we do this?”, Artemis 2 seems to ask: “how does it feel to do this?”"

Wrestlemania felt like using any local newspaper's website: there's some good work going on, but there are just too many ads to make sense of it.
This is a CM Punk household tho so 😡
Middle of the night watching wrestling, show ends with Roman’s music, just like the Bloodline era all over again ☝️
Lin Manuel Miranda introducing Wrestlemania feels so right because WWE has almost nothing to do with ESPN and TKO and almost everything to do with musical theatre.
John Magaro playing tortured is unsettling. He's always so softly spoken and patient. Even in SEPTEMBER 5, he plays a character able to take control, he keeps a level head. Not in OMAHA! No sir!
Just Brits dunking on the French innit.
I'm not the gamer I was, this is very 'guy who watches one film a year has opinion on the Oscars', but Expedition 33 losing Best Music at the BAFTAs is mental.
No reason not to release movies worldwide simultaneously in 2026 (me, desperate to see Blue Heron)
Is this Exit 8 promo
"I realized, 'Wait a minute, my mother is a painter.' My mother quit for 12 years, and it broke my heart." - @edsolomon.bsky.social
for @defector.com, i talked to Steven Soderbergh and Ed Solomon about making their wonderful new film, The Christophers
Try not to get lost in nostalgia, but realising I'm a sucker for anniversary concert tours. Seeing The Black Parade this year, saw Bullet for my Valentine play their debut in full recently. Would even go to the 30 Seconds to Mars tour because those records hold a lot of memories.
The Prodigy was so intense. An enveloping machine gun of lights and beats. As euphoric as it was hypnotic. For my ADHD brain it was actually soothing. Impossible for your mind to wander from the unrelenting scale of it all.
I love Humanist Vampire Seeking Consenting Suicidal Person
Young enjoy to be seeing the Prodigy on a weeknight, old enough to be sitting down for it.
I just saw him in A Second Life and was really taken with him there too. Seems to pick quite interesting projects!
Death to Chronos!
Re Hungary: generally believe it's true the sociopolitical pendulum swings back and forth, left and right, and we'll always have to endure bad times for slightly-less-bad times. Think the world's got a taste for something a little less foul at the minute. Good news.
Last night's SNL UK was probably the poorest of the four so far, but last week's was the best, and that kind of variation in quality seems to be exactly in the spirit of SNL.
Imagine what we’d be doing if we could get our shit together on Earth, but occasionally, we get a glimpse.
Keep watching clips of Integrity hurtling through the atmosphere all tiny and thinking ‘there are people in there 😮’
Played Exit 8 the other day during a late-night PlayStation scroll and found out the next day there's a movie out soon, which, for a freaky little game, was also freaky. The game made me jump! It's unsettling!
Always find it funny we can get round the moon but can’t get decent phone signal
There’s simply no reason characters, role models, anyone you feel an affinity with, has to be the same gender as you.
Good to know, I'll keep an eye out!
I was a massive Digimon stan, is this worth checking out? Pain in the ass boss aside!
Hello to my fellow moshers wide awake over a surprise new Enter Shikari record 👋
One of the coolest gigs I had was running the Facebook side of the One Perfect Shot Account in the mid 2010s. I thought I lost my entire collection of film stills I shared, but just got a new device that somehow synced up to a really old account & I found them! Let’s kick things off.
1) VERTIGO
I've been Angine de Poitrine pilled. My head is full of microtones. I'm seeing triangles everywhere.
UK release dates...
