My advice for folks in tech who want to stay in tech:

If you’re at a company who won’t let you work with and experiment with AI tools and workflows… get out. Even if it’s a pay cut, get out. How we work is changing. Find a place that will help you navigate this change.

Finally getting around to reading Red Rising. My friends have been pushing it for years. I’m more of a fantasy reader and I thought this was going to feel sci fi heavy. It’s very good and I am realizing I owe my friends an apology for being stubborn.
