Nice finish last night. Sub 3:30 is so far away. Watching some of the top runs to compare and its crazy how far ahead they are compared to me at similar points of the run. At least we got top8jamin for now.

Ok that went much better. First run tonight died 1.5 hours in but decided to run it back. Time to slowly chip this time down til we hit that goal!
