Today, a group of Albertan parents of trans youth went to the Legislature to demand a meeting with Premier Danielle Smith.
She didn't just refuse to meet. She refused to acknowledge the request. She made their families suffer, and refuses to hear their stories.
I didnt back a candidate but I was hyped about Avi from the start and I am excited by his organizing model, and for an NDP that social movements can buy back into.
Canadians deserve a bold and unashamedly progressive political party and you should not underestimate its potential ✨️
