Well I just had to deal with a bummer. My sapphire save didn't save so I have to restart my nuzlocke of Gen 3. So long to shiny nincada 😭. In the grand scheme of things this is no big deal at all just kinda sucks.

Today's album is Never Mind The Bollocks, Here's The Sex Pistols by The Sex Pistols. This feels more punk to me then anything else I've listened to this week, but I was still not a huge fan. I think I'm just used to more modern music so the older albums don't hit as well.
Today's album is Ramones by Ramones. I picked this album because rolling stone ranked it as the greatest punk album of all time. This may be controversial but I didn't like it. All the songs bleed into each other and it just all sounds the same. I can see the influence this album had though. Meh.
Today's album is Let Me Do One More by Illuminati Hotties. It's a super cool punk garage band sound that has tons of different layers and styles within it. I really enjoyed the often fun and upbeat tempo of the songs. I've never heard of this band but now I think they are going into my library.
This week is all about Punk rock! Starting off with Saviors by Green Day. Is this punk meh. Do I care what you define as punk also meh. This album is fine. It reminds me of some of the worst parts of 21 century breakdown and American Idiot, but those are great albums so 🤷. Some of the songs are good
Today's album is Bando Stone and The New World by Childish Gambino. A great way to send the persona of Childish Gambino off. It invokes memories of different eras of Gambino while still being it's own art. Love this album! Has anyone seen the movie that accompanies the album?
Today's album is Paranoid by Black Sabbath. I didn't realize how much of Black Sabbath was instrumental. It's an interesting album that clearly influenced the path of rock music.
Today's album is Pretty Odd by Panic! At The Disco. Fun weird and creative. Was jamming the whole drive! If you are a Panic fan I think this album is required listening.
This week is grab bag. Starting off the selections is Acid Rap by Chance the Rapper. This is a great introduction to Chance the Rapper. His personality and style are dripping from this album. Fun ride from start to finish!
Today's album is Unraveling by Elise Trouw. I was recommended one of Elise's live looping videos years ago and have been a fan of her music for a while. This album is a fun listen that goes by quickly. I would recommend checking out Elise on YouTube she is an incredible musician.
The album of the day is Preacher's Daughter by Ethel Cain. I thought this was a super well constructed album. Every song flowed into the next and felt cohesive. The quality of Ethel's voice is reminiscent of Lana Del Rey and has a ghostly quality. Great vibes great album
Today's album is This is Happening by LCD Soundsystem. A really weird techno synth album that I don't have the vocabulary to properly describe. I really liked it and it reminded me a lot of the Talking Heads. If you've got an hour give it a listen!
After a week off I have returned with new music. This week I'm looking at indie artists. Today is Changes by King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard. Super fun album if you like funk psychedelic music. King Gizz is a great band that churns out a lot of music from a bunch of different genres. Try them out
