in journalism you can't sleep with your sources. period. full stop. it's a do not pass go, you are fired situation.
that is not the case with football coaches sleeping with reporters.

to be clear: im not defending the team! or their choice not to punish / fire him. i was just responding to what i believe was a false equivalency in the op.
sleeping with a reporter is not the same as sleeping with a source.
adulterous ones? with people you know would have the power to get you fired if it came out that you told them sensitive during an adulterous relationship?
do you know how adultery works?
if he leaked sensitive to her and it comes out, the team would be totally justified in firing him (or levying other consequences).
she, on the other hand, broke a cardinal rule and was fired.
apologies if i missed any indications that he had leaked stuff to her that had been disclosed.
definitely. but not for sleeping with them.
quite possibly. and if she publishes that or shares it with someone else who publishes it? absolutely a fireable offense!
but sleeping with a source? ironclad no doubt about it a fireable on its face.
that is a grande for sure
eh not defending the morality of what he did but sleeping with a source is a much bigger deal for a journalist than sleeping with a reporter is for a coach
i mean, it basically was the S&P
also the same selfish jerks who will routinely hold up flights getting there in the nick of time or slightly late, inconveniencing the hundreds of other people who were responsible enough to get there early

"‘I did it my way’ it’s so arrogant,” Mr. Albarracin said. “The lyrics evoke feelings of pride and arrogance in the singer, as if you’re somebody when you’re really nobody. It covers up your failures. That’s why it leads to fights.”"

i mean we elected a human form of e coli to the gd presidency not once but twice so why would we stop eating greasebucket food that we like just because it made us barf?
good governance that isn't marketed well is DOA--especially when inflation runs rampant under your watch.
the dude couldn't sell his achievements and everything doubled in price or more while he was in office. not a winning formula.
it is a human quirk that big tech stole millions of copyrighted works or is that they used that stolen material to create plagiarism machines that churn out stale prose on command? Which human quirk you are referring to? The stealing? Or the terrible writing?
or it's "you're are right i apologize i was wrong to assume that the man blinking twice meant he was bluffing i will try to do better next time"
dave chappelle would have DEFINITELY played sun city
i dropped my young kid at the first day of a summer camp last year and got one of those refuse-to-be-friendly-because-simple-courtesy-is-colonizer-behavior (of whatever) non-greetings from the 20-something kid in charge and i will not be patronizing that business ever again.
the wokeness has been a great cover for good old fashioned robber baron style profiteering and corruption (see: paul pelosi's better half kneeling in a kente cloth while they front run classified briefings)

i don't know about the "engage" part - but i agree on the win with ideas part for sure. and it can't just be ideas - it has to be concrete policies that make things better for most people. eg: medicare for all.
unfortunately, most of these proposals will not be popular with their biggest donors so
