I've noticed one intersection that has signage preventing right on red is 58th and Macleod - done I'm guessing because of all the speeders on N-S macleod. But its also a busy pedestrian crosswalk, and it means more conflicts in crosswalks. #carsewer

Gravel can be a dangerous part of any commute. Plan to brake before you reach the gravel, and if you can, stop and grab a picture. Bike infrastructure receives priority clearing, so report excess gravel spots to 311 to make the journey safer for everyone. #yactips #yycbike #activetransportation

So while our winter riding program has officially ended for the school year, Mother Nature didn’t get the message 😂. The students at Queen Elizabeth High School didn’t seem to mind and we have a feeling the pathways and. #yycbike routes are going to be busy next winter!
