It's an older model Samsung Tab 8. I think an 8 inch screen. Hand me down from my wife.
Pixel Studio is just a really simple to use program you can find in the app store.
Bulk of my work is done that way but sometimes I use the aseprite fork on my PC, or ClipStudio.
