Revenge bedtime procrastination.

*sigh

For me it meant that no food or water passed my lips after the first untouched cup of tea yesterday until evening when I then ate poppadoms with onions. Was so engrossed in business marketing stuff after a training weekend. Today had 3 cups of tea that went cold before 1/4 drunk.

The energy efficiency ratings are not that good either

Ow!! Just looked at a property listing which showed a view of a landing which had a chopper bike on it for some reason and just knew it would be the death of me. Why would people clutter their stairways with objects that can reach out and grab them?

I managed to trip myself up getting out of the car on Sunday and landed face down on the tarmac outside a shop.

Man on street was desperate to help me & provide plaster for my grazed knuckles.

“I’m fine, it’s ok” as my knees throbbed and knuckle bled.

The “open spelled landing”cluttered up with a flaming chopper would see me having a broken neck at the bottom of the stairs.

See, that’s where you made it harder on yourself. Gotta cook the stuff first!

And now a friend of over 30 years slipped away, finally pain free. Diagnosis a year ago so we had time to prepare. But you can never fully be prepared. I’m so pleased she had a good man to support her in her final years. She banged her own drum, was kind and generous and I will miss her.
