I think this post may be the full extent of it. 😮💨 So tired. It's all been unreal

Look out for my next essay: why it's actually very alarming that the White House is tweeting out AI generated images now that secretary of homeland security Marco Rubio has leveraged the language of "past, current, or expected beliefs, statements, or associations that are otherwise lawful"

A chair sits in a grassy field. Text reads: Gregory and The twelve, fiction. Across a fantasy land, a long journey comes to a close. But for the orphaned son of the hero, hard decisions are on the horizon. A s f n y dot Substack dot com.

These are all so interesting to read!! Thank you for sharing this. I think this is the most interesting one cause I often see the other side of the coin where readers think we should be removing all the dialogue tags (but too few and you're so right, I can't keep track)
Text reads: I asked chat gpt. Then, six reaction images show disappointed people, including a man looking over from his newspaper, two clearly exhausted smokers, a befuddled woman, an incredulous man, and one last man sitting idly on a swing.
They lose me every time 😮💨
I'm curious if you've noticed what's been different in your writing because of that or what feels different to other's writing because of it?
Which absolutely makes sense. Just like with scripts and screenplays, they're their own mediums meant to also have their own value and craft. I've just been curious about what might shift in the craft if that were different.

If you’re cis & you want trans folks to know they’re valid and cared for, here’s a tip: Don’t say it to a trans person. Go talk to a cis person.
Talk to your dad. Your coworker. Your friends. Ask if they know whats going on. Ask if they have uncertainties when it comes to the ~trans issue.~
5 ways to celebrate #BlackHistoryMonth (cause the fed govt doesn’t run your house)
1. Find out what Sojourner Truth REALLY said
2. Buy a Black horror, scifi or fantasy book
3. Listen to “Naima” by John Coltrane
4. Send the victims of the LA fires in Altadena a few coins
5. Get a library card
🤣🤣🤣
Was talking to someone about how screenplays & scripts are almost explicitly written with the intent of being translated into another medium (movies or stage productions), but books aren't always written with the expectation they'll be experienced by ear. Curious if authors think about this?
NOOOO Marley not you!!!!!
