This is actually what I liked best about the series (I'm stupid and so is everything that amuses me)

I don't, however, have the hard numbers. Maybe it was a normal amount and we just notice it more!!

I don't know why, but it feels like there was an *inordinate* amount of plane crashes, especially in New York, in media in the year leading up to 9/11, and a lot in stuff that was in production at the time.
