What is Alexandria’s Genesis? Alexandria’s genesis is a fictional disease said to cause purple eyes and perfect vision.

For some reason it made it to this seemingly legitimate medical website.

Three wide panels of Scott and Corsair staring at each other in profile from a distance

Panel 1: Corsair "should we, like, hug or something?"

Panel 2: Cyclops "Not if you don't want to."

Panel 3: (silence)

As noted, I've written about more than *500* comics in the last decade, and sure we've had breather issues, but up to this point in history not one of them has ever felt quite like *this*

Lobdell and Larroca really got up to something here.

UNCANNY X-MEN #391: Dad Cyclops and Corsair hash it out on a fishing trip

I've said before, in a sane world Kamala Harris would have made a great candidate for a right wing party.

I think this Noto kid might have a career ahead!

Is this an exaggeration? Perhaps. But it doesn't take away the correctness of Sir Pat's work.

Let's face it, if Patrick Stewart had not been cast as Professor X, the X-Men film would have felt counterfeit and possibly an entire Hollywood boom doesn't happen.

I will probably continue to make these kinds of errors as Patreon's blog feature is a little persnickety. Since the email will have been triggered there's no point in deleting it.

UNCANNY X-MEN #391: Dad Cyclops and Corsair hash it out on a fishing trip

Say what you will about Scott Lobdell -- lord knows I won't defend him -- you can't deny he always made a meal when it was time to explore the X-Men as people.

Cyclops and Corsair hug it OUT in this week's UNCANNY X-CERPTS!

They're actually publishing X-MEN: ELSEWHEN? I thought that was just a horror story they told children to get them to behave

This is actually what I liked best about the series (I'm stupid and so is everything that amuses me)

I don't, however, have the hard numbers. Maybe it was a normal amount and we just notice it more!!

I don't know why, but it feels like there was an *inordinate* amount of plane crashes, especially in New York, in media in the year leading up to 9/11, and a lot in stuff that was in production at the time.

X-MEN #110: One Tin Soldier Rides Away Kitty lays Colossus to rest

It's the end of the road for Kitty Pryde, as she takes her customary leave of grief.

It's my last chance to tweak the fact that she vanished for almost an entire year and nobody went looking for her, and we still don't know where she was!

Also, remember the Neo...?
