Make no mistake - the gas industry know the govt is going to have to do something. So right now it is lobbying like all hell to get a tweak to the PRRT to re-label it a "windfall profits tax".
The govt will claim a win and the gas industry will carry on taking the piss.

White sedan with four dudes in it smoking their faces off
The way the boys were petrified to roll down the window and then looked at me like I was some kind of weed angel. I wish you all could've seen it.
This is the best!
I used to live around the corner from a big high school in Seattle. One year on 4/20 a crew of four dudes were hotboxing their white sedan so I brought them Sprites and Doritos and I hope they still think of me as fondly as I think of them.
France should build another Statue of Liberty that's 100 feet taller.

This is a picture of a brown bookshelf packed toght wth books and art and craft projects, puppets, curiosities and a big basket of trinkets. Beside it is a large stack of recipes books
This is not a bookshelf though it does have books on it. This is a shelf for wonder and curiosity.
In our pub if someone caught eye contact with you from the back of the crowd and indicated two with their fingers. Then two pints of Guinness would be settled by the time they reached the front, waiting for the last pull
I love this thread MJ
We have these ideas of art-making as a process of refining mechanical practice, getting good at skills over time. We make bad things, then good things. But, itβs nonsense. A child making art for the first time makes as much connection as someone making their thousandth work. There is no failure.
Lot of people discussing this with the idea of failing faster. I would put it to you that failure doesnβt actually have to exist at all in this conception. One of the great mistakes of the AI brouhaha is the belief that art is good because of its craft or content. It is good because it connects us.
Thanks to everyone who came to see me at Comedy Festival! If you missed out, weβve announced a Thornbury encore and tickets are moving for that now, too!
