It's not about ignoring the very harsh realities of the climate crisis -- it's about keeping people engaged in activism by reminding them that a better future is still possible.
Hope keeps movements alive. Constant doom kills them.
The UK Government will have a chance to remake to decision on whether to approve the field after their oil and gas consultation concludes in Spring 2025.
That's why we need to keep the pressure on.

Yesterday the approval of the enormous Rosebank oil field was ruled unlawful. 🎉
It takes a broad group of people with so many different skills and ideas to achieve a win like this, many of them working tirelessly behind the scenes.
