In a comic strip panel, person in a red shirt walks through a sunlit forest. The text says "Sometimes I go looking for a tiny part of the universe." "This part only takes up as much space as: half an apple, a salt shaker, or 2 ping pong balls." Each of these items is shown. Galaxies and stars swirl as the text says "But somehow, in an unfathomably huge universe," and then there's a complex mess of forest leaves, with one tiny Wilson's warbler in one corner, and the text says "this one tiny part". There's a close up of the warbler, blazing yellow against a sparkly yellow background, and the text says "can fill up my whole heart."
Another comic from this past year. Sometimes I'm in awe about how incredibly small birds can be.

The Endangered Species Act is under attack!
I’ve been drawing an endangered animal everyday to bring awareness! Originally posted as speeddrawing reels on insta, I’m posting the final drawings here.
If you want to find out how to help protect these animals, read the following posts!

Kingfishers are just adorable, aren’t they?
This drawing is based on a picture I took, the first time I saw a female Green Kingfisher.
#birdtoberClub2025 Creates Non-vocal sounds
Of course the obvious choice would be a woodpecker. And they just happen to be some of my favorite birds!
#birdtoberClub2025 Day 19: Smallest in their family
Picui Ground Dove was the obvious choice. I have a whole group of them living behind my house and they’re just adorable.
#birdtoberClub2025 Day 18: Crest
I love Red-crested Cardinal! Luckily they’re fairly common to see here. :)
#birdtoberclub2025 Day 17: Specialized Diet
I cheated for this prompt since I used a tutorial from Art With Flo :X

#birdtoberClub2025 Day 16: Waterfowl
Yellow-billed Teal, a very common species here in Uruguay. I’m quite proud on how I achieved to create the water reflection! I used Procreate’s liquify tool and reduced the opacity of that layer.

I had forgotten to upload this one here.

#birdtoberClub2025 Day 10: Yellow
Between getting sick and having some commitments — one of them being eBird’s Big Day — I fell a few days behind, but better late than never.
Hooded Siskin, a very cute little bird I saw for the first time this year. In this case, it’s a male.

#birdtoberClub2025 Day 9: Juvenile
Today I was sick and low on energy, so I didn’t think much about the theme, I just filtered photos of juvenile birds on eBird, and I liked the Burrowing Owl.

#birdtoberClub2025 Day 9: Nocturnal Migrant
One of the most popular migratory birds during the Spring–Summer season in Uruguay is the Fork-tailed Flycatcher.

#birdtoberClub2025 Day 6: Coniferous Forest
Since there are no Coniferous Forests in Uruguay, I went with Forest and chose a Green-barred Woodpecker :)

#birdtoberClub2025 Day 5: Spotted
One of my favorite raptors: the American Kestrel

#birdtoberClub2025 Day 4: Extravagant Tail
The Strange-Tailed Tyrant is endangered. I haven’t been lucky enough to see one, sadly. Hopefully one day. :’)

#birdtoberClub2025 Day 3: Pollinator
This is the “newest” hummingbird I’ve added to my list: the Glittering-bellied Emerald.
#birdtoberclub #Chlorostilbonlucidus #picaflorVerde
#birdtoberClub2025 Day 2: Sparrow
The most common Sparrow where I live, if not the only one. The House Sparrow.
