spent too much time on my phone today but there’s always tomorrow

went to the store for a picture frame. did not end up with a picture frame. wound up with a bee crochet kit. an otter diamond painting keychain kit. wooden stars and fabric to cover them with. and this cute bee and flower fabric maybe i can trace one of the stars and then stuff it ooooo

i can feel myself slipping into a depressive episode and focusing on socials a little too much so i’m going to do my best to manage that and not use my phone as much! if anyone has any ideas of things to do off your phone, when low energy, or to use your phone mindfully lmk!
