Got in trouble at work for giving a homeless woman the donuts we were throwing away (only allowed to keep them 4 hours) it was the middle of December and below 0 outside. So instead of stopping I just would give her the donuts where the camera couldn’t see me 🤷🏻♀️ people are more important that profits

This is a rule everywhere I believe. It’s at least the same in New York. The only way you can get prepared foods via SNAP is if you’re homeless/disabled and can’t store/cook food - and even then it’s only at specific pre approved restaurants that have opted into allowing it, not just any McDonald’s🙄
