I only ever hope those of us with trauma, survived trauma, can have ourselves back, where it cuts less deep...if possible

What's insidious for me is how past trauma can remain undetected for so long...had a nightmare where a trauma I never knew I had experienced, cut cold and deep into me and the memory..part of it...came back,like the shattering of the mirror of reality.
